The weather can’t quite decide what it’s doing this week — but there are still a mix of ways to get moving, get curious, and connect locally.

Fit for All Festival
A weekend of free activities aimed at helping people get moving is coming to Eastbourne this weekend. The Fit for All Festival, organised by Active Eastbourne and Lewes, brings together local clubs, leisure centres and community groups offering taster sessions across the town.

From yoga and Tai Chi to walking groups, cycling sessions and even sailing, the idea is simple: try something new, close to home, in a welcoming environment.

Saturday 14 – Sunday 15 March

Planning a visit to Raystede this Easter?
If Raystede Animal Sanctuary is on your list for the school holidays, it’s worth knowing that free visitor tickets still need to be booked in advance.

Raystede also offers a free guided tour each day at 11:30am, where visitors can hear more about the animals and the work that goes on behind the scenes. The tours are suitable for all ages and mobility levels and run subject to suitable weather conditions.
